Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs refutes recent rape accusation, declaring “I will defend my reputation.”

Diddy, the rapper also known as Sean Combs, has once again faced allegations of rape in a recent lawsuit. The accuser, who was 17 years old at the time, claims that Combs and two other men sexually assaulted her almost 20 years ago.

The most recent lawsuit is the fourth filed against Combs in recent weeks. Combs has been accused of sexual assault by several women, including his former girlfriend Casandra Ventura, AKA Cassie. Combs and Ventura settled her lawsuit to their “mutual satisfaction” one day after it was filed.

According to a complaint filed in federal court in Manhattan, New York on Wednesday, a woman identified as Jane Doe stated that she was a high school student when she was subjected to “gang rape” and “sex trafficking” by Combs and two others. This was mentioned in the most recent submissions.

The female individual stated that she initially encountered Combs and Harve Pierre, who is the head of Bad Boy Records, at a lounge in the Detroit, Michigan region in 2003. Allegedly, Pierre persuaded her to join him, a third individual, and another member of the group on a private flight to Combs’s recording studio in New York.

According to the lawsuit, prior to going to Combs’s studio, Pierre instructed the woman to accompany him to a restroom in the lounge. While in the restroom, Pierre purportedly used crack cocaine and then coerced her into performing oral sex on him.

Upon arriving at Combs’s studio in New York, Combs, Pierre, and a third individual allegedly provided Ms. Doe with drugs and alcohol, according to the lawsuit.

According to the filing, Ms Doe, who was 17 at the time, became increasingly intoxicated to the extent that she was incapable of giving consent for sexual activity, especially with someone twice her age.

According to the woman, Combs instructed her to go with him to a bathroom at the studio. Subsequently, Combs is accused of removing her skirt and underwear and sexually assaulting her.

According to the woman’s statement, she was in a state of fluctuating awareness during the reported assault because of the drugs and alcohol she had consumed earlier. She stated that at a certain point, the third man took the place of Combs and proceeded to sexually assault her while Combs sat in a chair outside the bathroom, ignoring her pleas for him to intervene.

According to her, she was eventually led out of the building and assisted to a car, as she was in a weakened state after being subjected to a gang rape. She was then flown back to Michigan, but had little recollection of her trip back.

The legal document includes multiple blurred photographs of the woman in Combs’s music studio. One of the images shows her sitting on his lap.

The woman in the lawsuit claims that learning about other legal actions taken against Combs and Pierre helped her feel more empowered to share her own story.

Combs refuted the accusations, stating that they originated from someone else who was seeking a quick financial gain.

“I want to make it very clear that I did not commit any of the terrible actions that are being accused. I will stand up for my reputation, my loved ones, and the truth,” stated Combs, as shared on X, previously known as Twitter.

All three previous lawsuits filed against Combs were made under the Adult Survivors Act, a New York state law that gave individuals a one-year window to sue those they accused of sexual assault, even if the statute of limitations has run out.

The most recent submission was made under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act in New York City. This law permits individuals who have experienced gender-based violence to pursue civil legal action against their abusers, even if the time limit for such claims has passed.
