On Monday, a music producer filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, for allegedly sexually assaulting him and coercing him into having sexual relations with prostitutes.
The lawsuit, submitted to a federal court in New York, alleges that Combs engaged in multiple incidents of unwanted groping and sexual contact. Additionally, it claims that the plaintiff was forced to work in a bathroom while Combs showered and moved about nude.
The events described in the lawsuit were labeled as “pure fiction” by a lawyer representing Combs.
The lawyer of Combs, Shawn Holley, stated that they have undeniable evidence that his statements are false. They plan to confront these outrageous accusations in front of a judge and pursue necessary measures against those responsible.
Tyrone Blackburn, who represented the producer in the lawsuit, did not promptly respond to a request for comment via email.
The producer alleged in the legal action that Combs coerced him into hiring prostitutes and convinced him to engage in sexual acts with them. The producer also recounted an incident where he woke up next to two sex workers while under the suspicion that he had been drugged.
Numerous legal actions have been brought forward against Combs for sexual assault in the past few months, including a case from R&B artist Cassie that was resolved in the previous year. Another accuser of Combs claimed that he had raped her when she was 17, nearly 20 years ago. She also accused Harve Pierre, the president of Combs’s record label Bad Boy Records, and an unknown individual.
In December, Combs refuted the accusations and stated, “I want to make it abundantly clear that I am innocent of the heinous acts that have been alleged. I will vigorously defend my reputation, my loved ones, and the truth.”
